- Enquiries: when you submit a contact, quote or demo form we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, company, budget and project description — along with the page you were on.
- AI assistant: messages you send to our website assistant are stored so our team can follow up on your request. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
- Job applications: your name, contact details, links, message and the CV you upload.
- Newsletter: your email address if you subscribe.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as approximate country and browser type) used for security and abuse prevention. We store IP addresses only in a hashed form for rate limiting.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and provide our services.
- To review job applications.
- To send newsletters you asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this website: Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage and the AI model that powers our assistant) and Brevo (sending emails). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not set tracking cookies. Your browser's session storage is used to keep your chat open while you browse, and a strictly necessary cookie is used only when our staff sign in to the admin area.
Retention
We keep enquiries and chat conversations for as long as needed to respond and manage our business relationship, and job applications for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email hello@zedblu.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
