Cloud and DevOps services that make releases routine
We design, migrate and operate infrastructure on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and Cloudflare, with automated pipelines, infrastructure as code and monitoring built in from the first day.
ZedBlu provides cloud and DevOps services for teams that want faster, safer releases and infrastructure they can understand. We plan cloud architecture, migrate workloads from on-premise servers or older hosting, containerize applications, and build the CI/CD pipelines that take code from a pull request to production with tests and approvals along the way.
Infrastructure is defined in Terraform, so environments are reproducible, changes are reviewed like application code and nothing depends on one person's memory of a console setting. We choose the simplest setup that meets your needs, which is frequently managed services or an edge platform rather than a large Kubernetes cluster.
We operate production infrastructure ourselves. The Hawk and Dainik Hawk news websites run on Next.js served from Cloudflare's global edge, with the newsroom CMS, ePaper and mobile apps sharing one backend, so we know first-hand what it takes to keep a news platform fast and available for readers wherever they are.
What our Cloud & DevOps team delivers
Cloud migration
Cloud migration services for applications on physical servers, shared hosting or VPS providers. We assess each workload, decide whether to rehost, replatform or refactor it, migrate data with rollback plans and cut over during low-traffic windows. AWS migration, Azure and Google Cloud moves all follow a tested runbook.
CI/CD pipelines
CI/CD pipeline setup with GitHub Actions: automated builds, tests, security scans, preview environments for pull requests and one-click or automatic deployments. Nobody deploys by hand on a Friday evening anymore, and every release can be traced to a commit and an approver.
Infrastructure as code
We codify networks, compute, databases, DNS and permissions in Terraform, so every environment is versioned and reproducible. Staging matches production, disaster recovery becomes a tested procedure, and auditors can see exactly who changed what and when.
Containers and Kubernetes
Docker images for consistent builds, and Kubernetes for workloads that genuinely need orchestration, autoscaling and self-healing. Our Kubernetes consulting covers cluster design, deployment manifests, secrets, autoscaling policies and upgrades, and we will tell you when a simpler managed container service is the better choice.
Edge delivery with Cloudflare
Cloudflare for CDN, caching, DNS, web application firewall and edge functions. Rendering and caching close to users cuts latency for global audiences and absorbs traffic spikes, the same approach we use to serve The Hawk's news pages.
Monitoring, logging and alerting
Dashboards for latency, errors, saturation and business metrics, centralized logs, and alerts routed to the right people. We define service-level objectives with you, so alerts fire for problems that affect users rather than for every minor blip.
Cloud cost optimization
We review your bills line by line, right-size instances and databases, add autoscaling and schedules for non-production environments, use reserved or committed-use pricing where it fits and set budgets with alerts. Savings vary by setup, so findings and estimates come before any change.
Managed DevOps and SRE
DevOps as a service for companies without an in-house platform team: patching, backups, scaling, incident response, security hardening and regular reliability reviews under a monthly plan. You get senior engineers who know your stack, not an anonymous ticket queue.
What you get
Faster, safer releases
Automated testing and deployment turn releases into routine events. Teams ship smaller changes more often, and a rollback becomes a quick, rehearsed step instead of a late-night scramble.
Reproducible environments
With infrastructure in code, staging mirrors production, new regions or customers can be added from templates and recovery from a failure follows a tested script.
Predictable cloud bills
Right-sized resources, autoscaling, edge caching and budget alerts keep spending tied to real usage, and monthly reports explain where the money goes and what to change next.
Security in the pipeline
Least-privilege access, secrets management, dependency and container scanning, encrypted backups and audit logs are part of the default setup we deliver, not an afterthought added before an audit.

Cloud & DevOps: FAQ
How much do cloud and DevOps services cost?
Cost depends on how many applications and environments are involved, the current state of your infrastructure, compliance needs and whether you want a one-time project or ongoing management. Setting up CI/CD and infrastructure as code for one application is a contained fixed-price project, while multi-system migrations are priced in phases and managed DevOps runs as a monthly subscription. Cloud provider bills are paid by you directly. Pricing is itemized after a free consultation.
How long does a cloud migration take?
Moving a single web application with its database typically takes 2–6 weeks, including planning, testing and cutover. Larger estates with many services, data stores and integrations are migrated in waves over several months, so each wave is stable before the next begins. Cutover windows are agreed with you in advance to keep downtime minimal.
Which cloud is right for us: AWS, Azure or Google Cloud?
All three are capable. AWS offers the broadest catalog of services, Azure fits naturally if you rely on Microsoft 365 or .NET, and Google Cloud is strong in data and analytics. Existing contracts, team skills, data residency and pricing often decide it. Cloudflare can sit in front of any of them for caching, security and edge computing. We recommend based on your workloads, not habit.
Do we need Kubernetes?
Not always. Kubernetes earns its complexity when you run many services that need independent scaling, frequent deployments and strong isolation. For a single application or a small team, managed platforms, serverless functions or a simple container service are cheaper to run and easier to maintain. We assess your workload and growth plans, then recommend the simplest option that will hold up as you grow.
Will our application go down during the migration?
Usually there is little or no visible downtime. We replicate data ahead of the cutover, test the new environment under realistic load, lower DNS time-to-live values in advance and switch traffic in a planned window with a rollback path ready. If a short maintenance window is unavoidable, it is scheduled at your lowest-traffic time and announced beforehand.
Can you manage our infrastructure after the project?
Yes. Our managed DevOps plan covers monitoring, incident response, security patching, backups with restore tests, scaling, cost reviews and pipeline maintenance. A named team of senior engineers learns your systems, response times are agreed by severity and you receive a monthly report. Your team keeps full admin access to every account, and all configuration stays in your repositories.
