API integration services that keep your systems in sync
We design and build APIs, connect the tools your business depends on and monitor every integration, so orders, payments, customers and stock stay consistent everywhere.
ZedBlu provides API integration services for businesses whose data is scattered across a CRM, ERP, accounting package, online store, payment gateway and messaging channels. We connect them so records sync automatically, reports agree and staff stop copying information between screens.
We also offer API development services: secure, documented interfaces that let your mobile apps, partners and customers work with your platform. Integration work is where small mistakes become expensive, so every connection we build includes authentication, validation, retries, logging and alerts.
These patterns run in production systems we operate. The Hawk and Dainik Hawk newsroom CMS, which we built and run, imports news-agency stories automatically, and our PestOS platform has WhatsApp and SMS alerts built in.
What our API Development & Integration team delivers
Third-party API integration
Third-party API integration with payment gateways, shipping carriers, accounting software, maps, SMS and email providers, and AI services from OpenAI or Anthropic. We read the documentation closely, handle rate limits and edge cases, and test against both sandbox and live environments before go-live.
REST API development
REST API development for your own platform: resource design, versioning, OAuth 2.0 or API-key authentication, rate limiting, pagination and consistent error handling. We publish OpenAPI documentation and a sandbox, so partners and internal teams can integrate without waiting on your developers.
CRM and ERP integration
CRM integration services and ERP connections that sync leads, customers, orders, invoices and stock levels in near real time or on a schedule. We define which system owns each field, resolve conflicts consistently and produce a reconciliation report finance can trust.
WhatsApp, SMS and email messaging
WhatsApp Business API integration for order updates, appointment reminders, payment links and support conversations, with SMS and email as fallbacks. Message templates, opt-ins and delivery tracking follow platform rules, and delivery status is visible in your admin panel.
Webhooks and event-driven integration
Instead of polling systems every few minutes, we use webhooks and message queues so events such as a payment, sign-up or shipment trigger the right actions immediately. Failed events are retried automatically and parked for review rather than silently lost.
Integration monitoring and upkeep
APIs change, tokens expire and vendors deprecate endpoints. We monitor every integration, alert on failures and unusual volumes, track announced API version changes and update connectors ahead of deprecation deadlines, either under a support plan or within ongoing development.
What you get
One source of truth
Clear data ownership rules and automatic syncing mean customers, orders and stock look the same in every system, so teams stop reconciling spreadsheets at month end.
Less manual work
System integration services remove repetitive copy-and-paste tasks between tools, along with the errors that come with them, freeing staff for work that needs their judgment.
Failures you can see
Logs, dashboards and alerts show every failed sync with enough detail to fix it quickly, instead of problems surfacing weeks later in a customer complaint or an audit.
Secure by default
Encrypted credentials, scoped tokens, signed webhooks, input validation and audit logs protect your data at every step as it moves between internal systems, vendors and partners.

API Development & Integration: FAQ
How much do API integration services cost?
API integration cost depends on how many systems are involved, the quality of their APIs and documentation, data volume, sync direction and how much transformation is needed. Connecting two well-documented systems in one direction is a small fixed-price job, while a multi-system integration layer or a public API platform is closer to custom web app pricing, typically $8,000β$60,000+. How long does an API integration take?
A single integration with a well-documented API is usually finished within one to three weeks, testing and monitoring setup included. Legacy systems, thin documentation or complex data transformation take longer. Building and documenting a full public API for partners usually takes six to twelve weeks. Vendor approvals, such as WhatsApp template reviews, can add time outside anyone's control.
What if one of our systems has no API?
Older systems often lack modern APIs. Options include a secure read-only database connection, scheduled file exports and imports, email parsing, or a small API layer built on top of the legacy system. We pick the least risky approach and add validation so bad data does not spread to other systems.
How do you keep integrations secure?
Credentials live in a secrets manager, never in code. We use OAuth or scoped API keys with the minimum permissions needed, verify webhook signatures, validate every incoming payload, encrypt data in transit and log access for audit. Personal data is synced only where it is needed, which also helps with GDPR and similar regulations.
Can you build an API for our partners or customers?
Yes. We design developer-friendly REST APIs with versioning, authentication, rate limits and clear error messages, publish OpenAPI documentation and provide a sandbox environment. Usage analytics show which partners call which endpoints, and versioning lets you improve the API without breaking existing integrations.
