VAPT services for web apps, mobile apps, APIs and cloud
We test your applications and infrastructure the way an attacker would, explain every finding in plain language with a severity rating, and retest once your team has fixed it.
ZedBlu provides VAPT services, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, for companies that need to know how secure their software and infrastructure really are. We test web applications, mobile apps, APIs, internal and external networks and cloud accounts, combining automated scanning with manual testing that looks for the business logic flaws scanners miss.
Our methodology follows public industry standards: the OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Web Security Testing Guide for web applications, the OWASP API Security Top 10 for APIs, OWASP MASVS and MASTG for Android and iOS apps, and configuration benchmarks such as the CIS Benchmarks for servers and cloud. Every finding is rated by severity using CVSS, shown with proof and paired with clear steps to fix it.
As a development company, we also help you fix what we find. Our engineers can patch code, harden configurations and add security checks to your CI/CD pipeline, and once fixes are in place we retest and issue an updated report you can share with customers, partners or auditors.
What our Cybersecurity & VAPT team delivers
Web application penetration testing
Web application penetration testing against the OWASP Top 10 and beyond: broken access control, injection, authentication and session flaws, insecure file uploads, server-side request forgery and business logic abuse. We test as anonymous visitors and as each user role, so privilege escalation between customers, staff and admins is checked explicitly.
Mobile app security testing
Mobile app security testing for Android and iOS based on OWASP MASVS: insecure local storage, weak cryptography, certificate pinning, reverse engineering and tampering resistance, deep links and the API calls behind the app. We combine static analysis of the app package with dynamic testing on real and rooted or jailbroken devices.
API security testing
API security testing for REST and GraphQL services, mapped to the OWASP API Security Top 10. We look for broken object-level authorization, excessive data exposure, missing rate limits, weak token handling and mass assignment, using your API documentation or traffic captured from your apps to cover every endpoint.
Network vulnerability assessment
External and internal network vulnerability assessment: discovering exposed services, outdated software, weak protocols, default credentials and misconfigured firewalls or VPNs. Where you authorize it, we attempt controlled exploitation to show real impact, then separate critical exposures from background noise so your team knows what to patch first.
Cloud security assessment
A cloud security assessment of your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud setup: identity and access policies, public storage buckets, network exposure, encryption, logging, secrets management and Kubernetes configuration. We review against CIS Benchmarks and provider best practices and give you prioritized fixes, many of which can be applied through Terraform.
Remediation support and secure development
Findings are only useful once they are fixed. Our engineers help your developers patch vulnerabilities, review risky code, add dependency and secret scanning to GitHub Actions or other pipelines, and set up secure defaults for authentication, headers and logging, so the same issues are less likely to return.
What you get
Manual testing, not just scans
Automated tools find known issues quickly, but our testers also probe business logic, access control and chained weaknesses that only a person thinking like an attacker will spot.
Reports developers can act on
Each finding includes severity, affected component, steps to reproduce, evidence and specific remediation guidance, plus an executive summary that management can read in five minutes.
Retesting to confirm fixes
After your team patches the issues, we retest the affected areas and update the report, so you have evidence that each vulnerability is actually closed.
Safe, authorized testing
Scope, test windows, accounts and rules of engagement are agreed in writing before we start, and production testing is planned to avoid disrupting your users.
Our process
Tools & tech we use
Use cases
- Pre-launch security testing for a new web or mobile app
- Annual VAPT requested by enterprise customers or partners
- Security review of fintech, healthcare and e-commerce platforms
- API testing before opening an API to partners
- Cloud configuration review after a migration to AWS or Azure
- Retesting and closure reports for audit evidence

Cybersecurity & VAPT: FAQ
What do VAPT services include?
A VAPT engagement combines a vulnerability assessment, which identifies and rates weaknesses across your systems, with penetration testing, which tries to exploit them to show real impact. Ours covers scoping, automated and manual testing, a severity-rated report with evidence and fixes, a walkthrough with your developers and a retest after remediation, for web, mobile, API, network or cloud targets.
What is the difference between a vulnerability assessment and a penetration test?
A vulnerability assessment is broad: it scans and reviews systems to list known weaknesses and misconfigurations. A penetration test is deep: a tester actively tries to exploit weaknesses, chain them together and reach sensitive data, proving what an attacker could actually do. Our penetration testing services always include manual work, because the most serious flaws are often in business logic.
What affects VAPT cost?
VAPT cost depends on scope: the number of web pages, user roles and API endpoints, whether mobile apps are included for one or both platforms, the number of IP addresses or cloud accounts, and whether testing is black box, gray box or white box with code access. Retesting and remediation support also factor in. We provide a fixed quote after a free scoping call.
How long does a penetration test take?
Testing a typical web application with a few user roles usually takes one to two weeks, and adding a mobile app or a large API can extend that by another week or two. Network and cloud reviews depend on the number of hosts and accounts. The report usually follows within a few days of testing, and retesting is scheduled once your fixes are ready.
Will testing affect our live systems?
We plan testing to minimize risk. Where possible, we test a staging environment that mirrors production. When production must be tested, we agree on time windows, avoid destructive payloads and denial-of-service tests unless you request them, and keep a direct contact on your side so any unexpected behavior can be stopped immediately.
