Machine learning development services from data to deployment
We build, deploy and maintain ML models that forecast demand, score risk, recommend products and spot anomalies, wired into the software your teams already use.
ZedBlu provides machine learning development services for businesses that have useful data and a decision they want to make faster or more accurately. We build models for demand forecasting, churn and credit scoring, recommendations, fraud and anomaly detection, pricing and text classification, then deploy them as APIs or batch jobs connected to your apps, ERP or data warehouse.
Many ML projects stall between a promising notebook and a working system. We plan for production from day one: reproducible data pipelines, versioned features and models, automated retraining, and monitoring that alerts you when data drifts or accuracy drops. Our engineers work in Python with scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch and TensorFlow, and deploy on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
Sometimes the honest answer is that a simple rule or a dashboard will do the job better than a model. We tell you that early, before any build budget is spent, and we only recommend custom machine learning solutions where the data and the business case support them.
What our Machine Learning Development team delivers
Forecasting and predictive analytics
Time-series and regression models that predict demand, sales, cash flow, staffing needs or inventory levels by store, product or region. Our predictive analytics services include feature engineering from calendars, promotions, weather and pricing, plus backtesting against past periods so you can see how the forecast would have performed before you rely on it.
Recommendation systems
Recommendation system development for e-commerce, media, learning and marketplace platforms: related products, personalized feeds, next-best offers and content ranking. We start with simple, explainable baselines, move to collaborative filtering or embedding-based models when the data supports it, and run A/B tests to confirm the change helps your users.
Scoring and classification models
Models that score leads, predict churn, assess credit or claims risk, route support tickets and classify documents or transactions. We pay close attention to class imbalance, explainability and fairness checks, and we deliver reason codes alongside each score so sales, risk or support teams understand why the model reached its result.
Anomaly and fraud detection
Unsupervised and semi-supervised models that flag unusual payments, sign-ups, sensor readings, network events or expense claims. Alerts arrive with context and a severity level, and investigator feedback flows back into training, so the system learns which alerts were useful and produces fewer false alarms over time.
Custom ML model development
When off-the-shelf tools do not fit, our ML model development covers the full cycle: data audit, labeling plans, feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning and evaluation on held-out data. You receive the trained model, the training code and a model card that documents data sources, metrics, limits and intended use.
MLOps and model maintenance
Our MLOps services keep models healthy after launch. We set up feature pipelines, a model registry, CI/CD for training and deployment, scheduled or triggered retraining, and dashboards that track prediction quality and data drift. If accuracy slips, you get an alert and a clear path to retrain, roll back or adjust.
What you get
Business metrics, not just accuracy
We agree on the decision the model supports and the business measure that matters, such as stockouts, approval time or conversion, and evaluate the model against it as well as statistical scores.
Explainable results
Feature importance, reason codes and plain-language reports help managers, auditors and regulators see how predictions are made, which makes adoption easier and decisions easier to defend.
Production-ready from the start
Models ship as tested APIs or batch jobs with logging, versioning and rollback, so they plug into your apps and workflows instead of living in a data scientist's notebook.
Full ownership of models and code
You own the training code, trained models, pipelines and documentation. Everything can run in your cloud account, so you can keep improving the system with us, in-house or with another team.

Machine Learning Development: FAQ
How much do machine learning development services cost?
Cost depends on data readiness, model complexity and how deeply the model must integrate with your systems. A proof of concept on data you already have is a modest first step, while a production system with pipelines, monitoring and integrations is typically priced like a custom web app, in the $8,000 to $60,000+ range depending on scope. Cleaning and labeling data can add cost, which we estimate separately in the fixed quote that follows a free consultation.
How much data do we need for machine learning?
It depends on the problem more than on a fixed number. Forecasting usually needs at least one to two years of history to capture seasonality, while classification needs enough labeled examples of each outcome, including the rare ones. In the data audit we check volume, quality and coverage and tell you plainly whether to proceed, collect more data or start with a simpler approach.
How long does an ML project take?
A data audit and proof of concept typically takes three to six weeks. Building the production version, with pipelines, integration and monitoring, usually takes another six to twelve weeks. Projects move faster when data is already in a warehouse and someone on your side can answer questions about how it was collected.
What is the difference between machine learning and generative AI?
Classic machine learning learns patterns from your structured data to predict a number or a category, such as next month's demand or the chance a customer will leave. Generative AI produces new text, images or code from large pretrained models. Many systems use both: an ML model makes the prediction and a language model explains it in plain words to the user.
Can we hire machine learning engineers instead of outsourcing a project?
Yes. If you prefer to direct the work yourself, you can hire machine learning engineers from ZedBlu as a dedicated team that joins your standups, uses your tools and works overlapping hours in your time zone. A common path is a fixed-price proof of concept followed by a dedicated or time-and-material model for ongoing improvement.
