POS and inventory management software for every outlet
Bill quickly at the counter, keep stock accurate across stores and warehouses, and see sales from every outlet live, with billing that carries on even when the internet drops.
ZedBlu's POS and inventory management software connects the counter to the stockroom. Every sale reduces stock, every purchase adds to it, and owners see sales, margins and stock levels across outlets without waiting for end-of-day reports.
As retail POS software it serves shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and fashion and electronics stores, while the restaurant module adds tables and kitchen workflows for restaurants and cafes. Billing keeps working when the internet drops and syncs when it returns.
Pick the model that suits you: a monthly subscription, a one-time license including source code, or a custom build. We set up your products, taxes and hardware, train your staff, and support you after launch.
Everything you need to run it
POS billing app
A fast billing screen for Windows PCs, Android tablets or the browser, with barcode scanning, quick keys, split payments, discounts, returns and receipt printing. It works offline and syncs automatically.
Inventory back office
The inventory management software side handles products, variants, barcodes, suppliers, purchase orders, goods receipts, transfers between outlets, stock counts and adjustments, with batch and expiry tracking where needed.
Owner mobile app
Owners check live sales, top products, stock alerts and cash closing summaries for every outlet from their phone, and approve discounts or purchase orders while away from the store.
Restaurant module
Turns the platform into a restaurant POS system with table maps, kitchen tickets or display screens, modifiers, course timing, split bills and online order intake on the same system.
Features that do the heavy lifting
Fast barcode billing
Barcode billing software at heart: scan, search or tap items, apply offers automatically, and take cash, card, UPI or wallet payments, including split tender, with thermal or A4 receipts.
Offline mode
The counter keeps billing through internet outages, storing transactions locally and syncing sales and stock with the cloud as soon as the connection returns.
Multi-outlet stock control
A multi-store POS needs stock you can trust: track it per store and warehouse, transfer goods between locations, and set reorder levels per outlet with low-stock alerts.
Purchase and suppliers
Raise purchase orders, receive goods against them, record supplier invoices and returns, and see what you owe each supplier and when it is due.
Tax invoicing
For Indian businesses it works as GST billing software built to support HSN codes and tax-wise summaries, and VAT or US sales tax invoicing is configurable for other markets.
Batch, expiry and serial tracking
Track batches and expiry dates for pharmacy, food and cosmetics, and serial or IMEI numbers for electronics, with prompts to sell the earliest-expiring stock first.
Promotions and loyalty
Happy-hour pricing, buy-X-get-Y, combo offers, coupon codes and loyalty points that customers earn and redeem at any outlet in the chain.
Customer accounts and credit
Customer profiles with purchase history, store credit and pay-later balances, plus SMS or WhatsApp receipts that cut down on paper.
Staff roles and cash control
Role-based permissions, shift opening and closing, cash drawer reconciliation, and audit trails for every void, discount and refund made at the counter.
Reports and analytics
Sales by outlet, item, category, cashier and hour, plus margins, dead stock, stock valuation and tax summaries, with exports to spreadsheets or your accounting software.
Business benefits
Stock you can trust
Because sales, purchases, transfers and returns all update stock automatically, the number on screen matches the shelf, and reorder decisions rest on real data instead of estimates.
Shorter queues at the counter
Barcode scanning, quick keys and automatic offers keep billing quick at peak hours, and offline mode means checkout carries on even when the internet does not.
Every outlet on one screen
Owners compare outlets, spot slow movers and approve transfers from anywhere, instead of collecting reports from each store manager at the end of the day.
Less leakage
Role-based access, cash reconciliation and audit trails on discounts, voids and refunds make it much harder for stock or cash to go missing without anyone noticing.

POS & Inventory Software: FAQ
How much does POS and inventory management software cost?
It depends on outlets, users, modules such as restaurant or batch tracking, hardware integrations and the buying option. Subscribing is the simplest entry point, while chains planning to scale can buy the license once and keep the source code. A custom POS build typically costs $8,000 to $60,000+, more with native apps and deep integrations. Expect a fixed quote once a free consultation and a quick review of your outlets are done.
Does the POS work without internet?
Yes. Billing continues offline: sales, returns and payments are saved on the device and sync with the cloud once the connection is back, after which stock and reports update. Card and UPI payments need a connection for the payment itself, but cash billing and receipt printing keep working.
Which hardware does it support?
The POS runs on Windows PCs, Android tablets and modern browsers, and works with common thermal receipt printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, weighing scales and kitchen display screens. We check your existing devices during the demo and suggest compatible models only if something needs replacing.
Does it support GST, VAT and local tax rules?
Yes. You set tax rates per product and outlet. Invoices are built to support GST requirements in India, including HSN codes and tax-wise summaries, and VAT invoicing in the UK, Europe and the Gulf. We can add e-invoicing integrations where your turnover requires them, and payments run through Razorpay, Stripe or your local provider.
Can it sync with our online store?
Yes. Stock can sync with your ecommerce store or marketplace listings, so an item sold online comes out of the same inventory as counter sales. Online orders can be picked from the nearest outlet, and customers can buy online and collect in store.
How long does POS setup take?
A single store with clean product data can typically go live in one to three weeks, including product import, tax setup, hardware connection and staff training. Chains with many outlets usually roll out in phases over several weeks. A fully custom POS build takes longer, typically two to four months.
