Event ticketing platform development under your brand
Sell tickets on your own website and apps with seat maps, QR tickets and fast gate check-in, and pay organizers automatically if you run a marketplace.
Our event ticketing platform development gives venues, promoters, festival organizers, sports clubs and ticketing startups their own online ticketing system. Fans buy on your website and app, staff scan QR tickets at the gate, and the money and customer data stay with you rather than a third-party marketplace.
The platform works for a single venue selling its own shows or for a marketplace hosting many independent organizers. It covers general admission and reserved seating ticketing, timed entry, conferences and multi-day festivals, and our event booking app development delivers Android and iOS apps alongside the website.
Start with a subscription for a quick branded launch, buy the code outright with a one-time license, or ask for a custom platform built around unusual seating, membership or season-ticket models. Every option includes setup, testing before your first big on-sale and support afterward.
Everything you need to run it
Buyer website and app
A fast ticket booking website and mobile app where fans browse events, pick seats on an interactive map, pay in their own currency and receive QR tickets they can add to their phone wallet.
Organizer dashboard
The organizer side works as event management software: create events, set ticket types and prices, issue promo codes, follow sales in real time, message attendees and download payout and tax reports after each show.
Check-in app
A scanner app for gate staff that validates QR tickets instantly, keeps working offline when venue Wi-Fi fails, and blocks duplicate or refunded tickets across every entrance.
Platform admin
For marketplace operators: approve organizers, set commission rules and booking fees, manage refunds and disputes, and release split payouts to organizers on the schedule you choose.
Features that do the heavy lifting
Interactive seat maps
Build seat maps for theaters, stadiums and halls with sections, rows, price zones and accessible seating. Buyers choose exact seats, and holds expire automatically if checkout is not completed.
Flexible ticket types
Sell general admission, reserved seats, VIP packages, group bundles, early-bird tiers, timed entry slots and season passes, each with its own price, limit and sales window.
QR tickets and wallet passes
Every ticket carries a unique QR code, delivered by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick entry without printing.
Fast gate check-in
Our QR code check-in app syncs across all gates, stops a ticket from being used twice and shows live attendance counts, and it keeps scanning offline with sync afterward.
High-demand sales protection
A virtual waiting room, per-customer purchase limits and bot checks keep big on-sales fair, while autoscaling cloud infrastructure absorbs the rush when popular events go live.
Payments and payouts
Accept cards, wallets and local payment methods through Stripe or Razorpay in several currencies, then split revenue between organizers, venues and your platform with automatic payout reports.
Promo codes and referrals
Create discount codes, affiliate links and referral rewards to see which promoters, influencers and campaigns actually sell tickets, and close any code once its budget is spent.
Transfers, resale and refunds
Let buyers transfer tickets to friends or resell them through an official, price-capped resale option, and process refunds or event cancellations in bulk when plans change.
Event pages built for search
Each event gets a fast, shareable page with Event structured data, so dates, venues and prices can appear in search results and social previews.
Attendee data and reports
Track sales by channel, ticket type and day, export attendee lists, and invite past buyers to the next event through email or WhatsApp campaigns.
Business benefits
Keep the fee revenue
Booking fees and service charges go to your business instead of a third-party marketplace, and you decide how fees are split with organizers and venues.
Own the buyer relationship
Every buyer's contact details and purchase history stay in your database, so you can market the next event directly instead of paying to reach the same fans again.
Smoother event days
Offline scanning, duplicate checks and live attendance numbers help gate staff keep queues moving and give organizers a clear picture of how many people are inside.
Built for your format
Theater seating, stadium sections, timed museum entry, conferences with sessions and multi-day festivals all run on the same core, configured for the way you sell.

Event & Ticketing Platform: FAQ
How much does event ticketing platform development cost?
A custom ticketing platform typically costs $15,000 to $70,000 or more. Seat maps, marketplace payouts, mobile apps, high-demand queueing and integrations with venue or access-control systems drive most of the cost. Launching on our ready platform through a subscription or license is cheaper upfront and quicker. Tell us about your events and expected sales in a free consultation, and we will turn that into a fixed quote.
Can the platform handle a big on-sale without crashing?
We design for spikes. A virtual waiting room meters traffic, inventory locking is designed so the same seat cannot be sold twice, and cloud servers scale automatically. Before a major on-sale we load-test with realistic traffic and tune the setup. No system has unlimited capacity, so we plan capacity with you based on the demand you expect.
Does QR check-in work without internet at the venue?
Yes. The check-in app downloads the ticket list before the doors open and validates QR codes offline. When devices reconnect, scans sync across all gates, so a ticket used at one entrance is flagged at another. For large venues we recommend a local Wi-Fi network for gate devices, but scanning continues if it drops.
Can we run a ticketing marketplace for other organizers?
Yes. In marketplace mode, organizers sign up, pass your approval checks and create their own events, while you set commission and booking fees. Payments are split automatically and payouts are released after the event or on a schedule you choose, with statements for every organizer. Payment providers may require organizer verification before payouts, so we build that into onboarding.
How soon can we sell tickets on our own website and app?
Expect three to six weeks for a branded launch on the ready platform, depending on seat map complexity, payment setup and app store review. Custom ticketing builds usually take three to five months. If your first big event has a fixed date, tell us early so we can plan the build, testing and load tests backward from the on-sale.
Does it support taxes and data rules in different countries?
We build to support local requirements: ticket prices shown with the right taxes and fees, GST or VAT invoices, multiple currencies, and privacy rules such as GDPR, with consent capture and attendee data export or deletion. Where your market requires all-in pricing or specific refund terms, we configure checkout to follow the rules your advisors confirm.
