Fleet management software for dispatch, tracking and delivery
Track vehicles live, plan and dispatch routes, capture proof of delivery and stay ahead of maintenance, with apps for drivers and tracking links for customers.
Our fleet management software helps logistics companies, distributors, courier operators, transporters and businesses with their own delivery vans run the whole fleet from one screen. Dispatchers see every vehicle live, drivers get their stops in a phone app, and customers follow deliveries without calling you.
The platform combines GPS fleet tracking software, dispatch, route planning, proof of delivery and vehicle maintenance, so you are not stitching together separate tools. It works with dedicated GPS trackers and telematics devices, or turns drivers' smartphones into a vehicle tracking system for smaller fleets.
Run it on a branded monthly subscription, host it yourself with a one-time source code license, or commission custom transport management software for complex freight or multi-depot operations. Our engineers stay involved after go-live with monitoring and updates.
Everything you need to run it
Dispatch and control panel
A web dashboard where dispatchers plan routes, assign orders to vehicles and drivers, watch progress on a live map, handle exceptions and review fleet health, costs and delivery performance.
Driver app
Drivers see their stops in order, navigate with one tap, scan parcels, capture photos, signatures or OTPs as proof of delivery, log fuel and expenses, and report issues from the road.
Customer tracking
Customers receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email that shows the vehicle on a map, the estimated arrival time and delivery confirmation, with nothing to install.
Fleet admin
Managers handle vehicles, drivers, documents, maintenance schedules, fuel records and rate cards, with alerts when insurance, permits or driving licenses are close to expiry and need renewing.
Features that do the heavy lifting
Live GPS tracking
See every vehicle's location, speed and status on one map using GPS trackers, telematics devices or the driver app, with geofences that alert you to arrivals, departures and route deviations.
Dispatch and job assignment
Assign orders manually or automatically by vehicle capacity, driver shift, zone and priority, and push changes to drivers instantly when plans shift during the day.
Route optimization
Route optimization software plans multi-stop routes around time windows, vehicle capacity, traffic patterns and driver hours, so each vehicle covers its stops in a practical order.
Proof of delivery
Our proof of delivery app records photos, e-signatures, OTP confirmation, barcode scans and GPS time stamps for every drop, visible to your team and the customer straight away.
Customer ETAs and notifications
Customers get live ETAs and updates when the vehicle is nearby, delayed or delivered, which reduces failed deliveries and calls to your support team.
Maintenance and documents
Schedule servicing by distance, engine hours or date, track repairs and costs, and get reminders before insurance, fitness certificates and permits expire.
Fuel and expense tracking
Log fuel fills, tolls and trip expenses with receipts from the driver app, and compare consumption across vehicles to spot misuse or mechanical problems early.
Driver behavior insights
Telematics data flags speeding, harsh braking, idling and after-hours use, giving managers clear facts for coaching and safety conversations with drivers.
Trip billing and rate cards
Calculate charges by trip, distance, weight or drop using customer rate cards, and generate invoices from completed deliveries without retyping trip sheets.
Order integrations
Pull orders from your ERP, online store or warehouse system through APIs and send delivery status back, so the delivery management software fits the systems you already run.
Business benefits
Lower running costs
Planned routes, less idling and maintenance on schedule cut wasted driving and breakdowns, which shows up directly in your fuel, repair and driver overtime costs.
Fewer where-is-my-order calls
Live tracking links and accurate ETAs answer the most common customer question automatically, so support and dispatch teams can focus on exceptions instead of status calls.
Proof for every drop
Photo, signature and GPS evidence for each delivery settles disputes quickly and supports faster billing, because customers can see exactly when and where goods were handed over.
A fleet that stays roadworthy
Maintenance schedules and document expiry alerts keep vehicles legal and in service, avoiding fines and the cost of a truck sitting off the road at a busy time.

Fleet & Logistics Software: FAQ
How much does fleet management software cost?
A custom fleet platform typically costs $20,000 to $80,000 or more. Price mostly depends on how many apps you need, route optimization, hardware and telematics integrations, ERP or e-commerce connections and reporting. Choosing our ready platform on a subscription or license keeps the initial outlay lower, and GPS devices with their data plans are a separate cost. A free consultation on your fleet and routes comes before any fixed price.
Do we need GPS hardware in every vehicle?
Not always. Smaller fleets can use the driver app as the tracker, relying on the phone's GPS while a trip is active. Larger fleets usually install dedicated GPS trackers or telematics devices, which keep reporting when phones are off and add data such as ignition, fuel and driving behavior. We integrate common device protocols and help you choose.
How does route optimization work?
The system takes the day's orders with addresses, time windows, weights and service times, plus vehicle capacities and driver shifts, and calculates efficient routes and stop sequences. Dispatchers review and adjust the plan before sending it to drivers, and routes are recalculated when urgent orders arrive or a vehicle is delayed.
Can it integrate with our ERP, WMS or online store?
Yes. Orders can flow in from your ERP, warehouse management system, an e-commerce platform such as Shopify, or a simple CSV upload, and delivery status, proof of delivery and invoices flow back. We use APIs and webhooks where available and scheduled file exchanges where they are not.
How long does it take to roll out?
Expect a branded rollout on our ready platform to take three to six weeks, depending on device integrations, order-system connections and how many depots you onboard. Custom logistics software usually takes three to six months. We recommend piloting with one depot or route first, then expanding once drivers and dispatchers are comfortable.
Does it support driver privacy and local transport rules?
We build to support local requirements such as e-way bill and e-invoice details for shipments in India, driver hours and rest-break logs, and vehicle document records. Location tracking can be limited to working hours, with driver consent and data retention rules configured to respect privacy laws such as GDPR. Your compliance team confirms the rules for each country.
